This professional training is designed for the novice. Based upon the Project Management Institute's (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) 4th Edition, participants are introduced to PMI-based framework and methodology.

Research shows that project efficiency and success can be improved through the implementation of repeatable processes, standardized toolsets, and industry proven techniques. Having an adequate framework and methodology to manage a project is critical for business organizations that today must deal with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders in an ever changing and rapid business and political environment.

This program is intended for participants with a basic to intermediate knowledge level of project management.

This training is open to anyone who wants a better understanding of how to successfully manage projects.
